洪秀柱有條件退選？洪營怒告胡忠信要「以訟止謗」 – 風傳媒



資深媒體人胡忠信日前在政論節目上指稱，總統參選人洪秀柱以立法院長職務與向黨中央要資遣費做為退選條件。對此，洪秀柱陣營17日上午正式委託律師到台北地檢署，以涉嫌違反《總統副總統選舉罷免法》第90條向胡忠信提出告訴。

洪辦強調，洪秀柱一向尊重言論自由，但對部分政論節目不實的造謠與毀謗言論，絕不會坐視不理；為端正選風、導正社會風氣，過去已對資深媒體人周玉蔻、溫紳及《壹週刊》等提出告訴，未來若再有不實言論涉嫌毀謗當事人者，也將以訟止謗。

洪辦表示，胡忠信在政論節目上發表洪秀柱退選的交換條件說，還佯稱消息來源來自黨中央，國民黨文傳會已於16日發表嚴正聲明，指此已詆毀國民黨聲譽，請外界勿以訛傳訛。

洪辦表示，恣意虛構事實抹黑候選人的行為，是當前惡質選風的主要根源之一，不僅破壞候選人的名譽，更容易誤導選民，影響社會善良風俗。
